Otrivin Adult Nasal Drops 10ML

Product Description Otrivin 0.1% Nasal drops can be used for various types of cold symptoms. It is designed to be applied in the nostrils, where it exerts a vasoconstricting effect thereby decongesting the mucosae of the nose and the throat. This effect allows patients with colds to breathe more easily through the nose. The action of Otrivin is felt within few a minutes and lasts for several hours. Otrivin contains ingredients which help prevent the nasal mucosa drying out, thanks to its prolonged action. How to use: Adults and children over 6 Years: 2–3 drops from 0.1% Otrivin nasal drops solution in each nostril; generally 4 applications per day are sufficient. Warning and cautions: Warning: If you have surgery involving the head, it is up to your doctor to decide whether you can use Otrivin. Otrivin must not be used in the case of dry nasal mucosa or in the case of Acute angle-closure glaucoma. Patients who are allergic to any of the ingredients in Otrivin must not use this medicinal product. Precautions: As with other medical products for cold, Otrivin can lead to sleep and vision problems or episodes of dizziness which are evidence of hypersensitivity. Otrivin must be used with care in cases of hypertension, cardiovascular disease, thyroid hyperactivity or diabetes mellitus. Otrivin must not be used for more than a week without medical advice. Ingredients: Otrivin nasal drops 10ml contains Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% and benzalkonium chloride as a preservative. A valid prescription should be available upon delivery
