The program is managed and operated by the United medicines and medical supplies company.
Participation in the program is free of charge for any person residing in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has a valid mobile phone in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
United pharmacy has the right to withdraw or cancel any membership, refuse to award and withdraw points, and refuse the right to redeem points for any violation of the terms and conditions.
United pharmacy has the right to modify the way points are earned and redeemed, including the number of points earned and the value of these points, and we will endeavor to notify you of any changes in advance.
United pharmacy has the right to revise and update the terms of use from time to time.
Violation of the terms and conditions of the program, misuse of membership benefits or providing false data will lead to cancellation of membership.
Account activation:
Your membership in the Maksab program is automatically activated when you register your details at any of the branches of United pharmacies inside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the online store.
The program is provided with the necessary information to create an account, for example name, mobile number and e-mail.
The value of points and the way they are redeemed:
One point is earned for every SAR purchases.
Points are credited to the customer's account at the time of purchasing any invoice from one of the branches of United pharmacies or the online store.
The bills of the insurance department and wasfaty are excluded from earning points.
Only the customer who owns the account can benefit from the points and use them, as an OTP code will be sent to the registered customer's mobile when he wants to use the balance.
You can use the points to pay the entire bill or part of it in all branches of United pharmacies or the online store https://unitedpharmacy.sa or the application.
Validity of points:
Earned points are valid for one year from the date of their acquisition and cannot be used or claimed after the expiration date.
Protection of information:
Restricted standards are applied regarding the protection of our customers ' information and not sharing it with any third party without taking the customer's consent.
We may use contact, usage and profile data to form an offer or identify products or services that may be of interest to you.
You may receive marketing communications from us if you request information to purchase goods or services from us or if you have provided us with your data when registering for Maksab program.
