Doses may change from patient to patient based on your age, your medical condition, and whether or not you are taking other medicines, so always follow your physician's instruction 3–12 months: 2.5–5ml up to 4 times daily or as directed by the physician 1–6 years: 5-10ml up to 4 times daily or as directed by the physician 6–12 years: 10–20ml up to 4 times daily or as directed by the physician Doses may be changed in special conditions so always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
