There are many calcium-rich foods that can help you maintain a healthy level of calcium in your system, like Milk, Yogurt and Cheese
When it comes to healthy bones and preventing osteoporosis, calcium alone is not enough. There are a number of other vital nutrients that help your body absorb and make use of the calcium you consume. This include magnesium and vitamin D
You can always check for vitamin D deficiency by Natejah Vitamin D Deficiency Rapid Test
Beware of caffeine you consume, as drinking more than 2 cups of coffee a day can lead to calcium loss.
Limit soft drinks, as in order to balance the phosphates in soft drinks, your body draws calcium from your bones
