With the exception of vitamins K and D, the body cannot synthesize vitamins and minerals naturally. Their intake through food is therefore essential for the normal functioning of the body.

Product Features:

Vitamins and minerals do not work the same way. They each perform specific, essential functions:
Vitamins B2, B3, B6, B9, B12, C, and iron help reduce feelings of fatigue and fight drops in energy.
Vitamins A, B6, C, D, and selenium and iron contribute to a healthy immune system.
Vitamins C and E, and manganese, zinc and selenium help fight oxidative stress.
Iron contributes to good cognitive capabilities (memory, concentration, etc.).
Vitamin B5 helps maintain good intellectual performance.

How to use:

To be taken orally.
Adults and adolescents ages 15 and up: Take 2 capsules per day with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning.
Recommended period of use is one to two months, to be repeated if required.
