Ibuprofen/pseudoephedrine HCl is used to treat sinus pain and cold symptoms like runny or blocked nose, body aches or mild headache, fever and sore throat. Do not take Ibuprofen/pseudoephedrine HCl: If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, or are planning to become pregnant. If you are breastfeeding. Ibuprofen/pseudoephedrine HCl can pass into your breast milk and may harm your baby. If you have liver problems. If you are allergic anti-inflammatory drugs like aspirin. Especially tell your doctor if you take medicines for: Depression Migraine All sorts of pain Parkinson’s disease Immunity diseases Cancer Heart diseases Prostate disease Diabetes Anti-coagulants (blood thinning) How to take ibuprofen/pseudoephedrine HCl: 12 years of age and older: 1 caplet/capsule taken through the oral route every 4-6 hours; may increase to 2 caplets/capsules every 4-6 hours if necessary while symptoms persist. Not to exceed 6 doses within a period of 24 hour. Take with or after meal. Under 12 years of age: Do not take.
