Introduction:

  • By entering the wheel of luck, all activity participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be interpreted by United Pharmacy.
  • Decision of United Pharmacy regarding any issue will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • United Pharmacy runs the wheel of luck, where participants have the opportunity to spin the wheel and win gifts/vouchers to be used for purchases made in the online store and the mobile application.
     

Participation Mechanics :

To enter this wheel of luck, Participants must do the following:

  • Register with the United Pharmacy Store and log in.
  • Navigate to the “wheel of luck” page.
  • Each registered user/activity participant will get one chance to play during a specified period set by United Pharmacy.
  • The Winner will be randomly selected by means of an electronic and random algorithm on the wheel of luck page - from all eligible entries that meet the requirements set out in these terms and conditions.
  • This event is available to all customers and users registered in the United Pharmacy store as personal account holders only.
  • Prizes are redeemable with purchases made exclusively on United Pharmacy online store and mobile application.


Prize :

  • Comply with the above wheel of luck mechanics and stand a chance to be a winner of the wheel of luck.
  • The Winners will be randomly selected using an electronic and random algorithm on the wheel of luck page during the Activity Period.
  • The Prize is not exchangeable for cash, and will not be transferable or negotiable.


Specific Terms and Conditions:

  • The selected Winner must be able to identify himself (in a manner determined by United Pharmacy) as the qualifying participant and have to comply with the required validation procedure in order to claim the Prize.
  • The selected Winner must have complied with these terms and conditions to enter this wheel of luck.
  • There are no additional charges for participating in the wheel of luck.
  • Ownership of the prize passes to the winner of the wheel of luck upon its transfer/delivery, and thus all obligations of the United Pharmacy about the activity as well as about the prize end.
  • The winner can use/receive the prize within a specified period set by United Pharmacy.
      

General Terms and Conditions:

  • The Activity is valid within the duration of the Activity Period
  • United Pharmacy reserve the right to extend, reasonably shorten, or suspend the period of the Activity for technical, commercial, or operational reasons or the greater public good or due to a “force majeure” event or generally for any reason within its sole discretion.
  • United Pharmacy reserve the right to amend the rules and/or terminate this Activity immediately at any stage, whether required as a result of changes in legislation, or if required by any national, provincial, or municipal authority, or within the sole discretion of United Pharmacy for any reason (recognized in law). In such event, all Participants waive any rights that they may have/purport to have in terms of this wheel of luck, and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against United Pharmacy whatsoever.
  • All personal information of successful participants in the activity will be used specifically to provide promotional gifts.

  • Wheel of luck Participants acknowledge that any personal information provided to United Pharmacy for purposes of this wheel of luck is provided voluntarily, but that they may be prevented from entering or winning a prize without providing such information.
  • If there is no legal requirement, the collected information will only be stored for as long as it is needed.
  • The wheel of luck, the prize, and any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable notification at any time during the activity, and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of United Pharmacy. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by United Pharmacy. No Activity Participants shall have any recourse against United Pharmacy as a result of any alterations of the terms and conditions.
  • All ownership of the Prize shall pass to the successful wheel of luck Winner on transfer/delivery thereof and all of the obligations of united pharmacy in regard to the wheel of luck as well as in regard to the Prize shall terminate. United Pharmacy will not be held liable for any incorrect phone number and any incorrect email address provided by the Winner.
    In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the wheel of luck and/or the terms and conditions, United Pharmacy decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • United Pharmacy are not liable for any technical failures affecting participation in the Wheel of luck.
  • All activities participants indemnify United Pharmacy, its associated and subsidiary companies, and its directors, officers and employees, against any and all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way whatsoever in this activity.
  • All information relating to the wheel of luck which is published on any marketing material will form part of these terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between such marketing material and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • Saudi Arabia laws shall govern these wheel of luck rules and the courts of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
